The complimentary shuttle service made exploring Sorrento easy and stress-free. Waking up to stunning views from our balcony was truly magical!

Unfortunately, the dim lighting in our room made it a bit challenging to read in the evenings, which was disappointing during our stay.

The free shuttle to town made it a breeze. Plus, the huge pool was perfect to unwind after a day of culinary adventures.

While everything sparkled, the walls were a tad too thin for my taste—let's just say I was privy to some interesting late-night chats from next door!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel! The pool area is perfect with breathtaking sea views, and the complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento made our outings so easy. The gala dinner experience was a highlight, featuring five delicious courses along with live music that created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, truly making us feel at home throughout our stay. The only downside was that the cleaners tended to start their work quite early in the morning.

Tina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always had the best recommendations for activities, not to mention the free shuttle was perfect for getting into town. And the view from our balcony was just mesmerizing, truly a sight to behold every morning with the sea stretching out below us.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable, considering the experience.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed visiting Positano and Ravello, which were beautiful. The pool area is perfect, and the shuttle to town is super handy. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a fun and relaxing stay.

One minor issue was that I left my bag on the transfer coach, but Massimo at reception was incredibly helpful in locating it.

The parking situation is cramped. management should consider expanding their parking options!!! Also, the confusing signage nearly led us astray. clearer directions would really help future guests!!!
